Orange Salmon recipe

3 Slices of salmon
1 orange Hort Alba Garcés
In the first place, squeeze the orange and strain it so that it does not have pulp. We also cut the garlic into sheets and reserve.
In a frying pan with oil, we start to brown the salmon fillets on both sides, the time will depend on the fact that we like the fish.
When it has color, add the garlic to the frying pan along with the pine nuts. Stir frequently, to prevent burning.
Once golden, add the juice of our orange.
Let it cook for about 4 -6 minutes on low heat until it thickens a little.
